To Automation Success
When you work with Distinctive Machine Robotics, your CNC machine robotic cell will be custom design and configured for your specific environment and your manufacturing needs. The first step in our process is to gain an understanding of your environment, and your goals and objectives.
Step 1
YOUR ENVIRONMENT
How many CNC machines do you need in the robotic cell? Example: 2 CNC mills and 1 lathe.

YOUR EQUIPMENT
What brand and year are the machines you’re wanting to be integrated?
Step 3
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
To ensure we build a robotic cell that handles your workload we need to know the size, weight and materials that you would like the cell to be able to handle.

PALLET SYSTEM?
Do you require the pallet system for special parts?

LASER MARKING
Do you have laser marking requirements?

ROBOT CELL PROGRAMMING
